The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and identifying areas for improvement to ensure the quality and consistency of our products and processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement to enhance product quality and efficiency. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior QA/QC Engineer / Production Engineer who can contribute effectively to these objectives. |
| Key Skills |

- Knowledge of basic electronic components and understanding of circuits.
- Expertise in PLC, HMI, sensors, RF communications, Bluetooth, circuit development, and troubleshooting.
- Strong interest and understanding of the electronics manufacturing process.
- Conduct rigorous testing and quality inspections of electronic health monitoring devices.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product reliability and compliance with standards.
- PCB assembly and hardware soldering of components.
- Ability to analyze and document circuit components and production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for maintaining component records.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
