- Assist in coordinating analysis, prioritization, and approval of IT demands and monitor the execution of IT projects.
- Support in ensuring that IT demand documentation follows the approved process, facilitates feasibility studies and business case preparation, and supports approval coordination.
- Assist in formulating and maintaining PMO support strategy, processes, procedures, and tools in line with corporate standards. Ensure quality of IT projects and support process improvement initiatives.
- Support the preparation of portfolio/program management plans from demand approval to project close-out, ensuring consistency and proper handling of dependencies.
- Evaluate project performance to meet IT project targets and provide timely reports. Identify issues and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Support reviews of project costs, budgets, resourcing, and risks. Track expenditure and highlight deviations from the planned budget.
- Carry out assignments related to project governance and ensure compliance with quality standards and policies.
- Coordinate with business owners during the post-implementation stage to analyze project benefits and report outcomes to key stakeholders.

Key Skills |

- Good working experience in Project Management tools like EPM, MS Projects, etc., and in ERP tools like SAP.
- Knowledge and experience in principles, methods, techniques, and tools for the effective management of projects from initiation through to implementation. Examples include, but are not limited to, PRINCE2 and PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) from the PMI – Project Management Institute.
- Possess knowledge of IT projects, business, and business skills in more than one business sector and understand the significance of commercial constraints.
- Experience in applying specific quality standards to all tasks undertaken to ensure that deliverables are accurate and complete.
- Management or professional responsibility and has received training in data and business analysis methods and techniques.
- Demonstrate high standards of professional behavior in dealings with clients, colleagues, and staff.
- Is familiar with the company’s IT strategy, policies, and standards, as well as industry regulations and constraints.

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a techno-management IT and/or business project management role with a widespread knowledge of IT.
