  • Recording request from the client in the helpdesk system, and making sure that all needed data is entered correctly in the helpdesk systems
  • Keeping track of all incidents call through helpdesk system and solve all incidents related to end user equipment and end user issues.

  •  Knowledge of office administration and background of IT applications
  • Ability to compile, assimilate, organize and analysis printed and electronic information.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy confidentiality concerning financial and employee electronic files.
  • The candidates preferred to be Fluent in Arabic & English ‐ written and spoken.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to work independently with a client.
