BASIC FUNCTION |

- Demonstrate product and process knowledge, along with customer service and selling skills specific to the BFSI industry.
- Create and maintain a professional, engaging, and positive learning environment.
- Motivate learners using effective training methodologies tailored to both group and individual classroom dynamics.
- Leverage various training methodologies, techniques, and learning tools to ensure maximum training effectiveness as per the provided framework.
- Conduct training needs assessments to support the design, development, and delivery of training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide necessary feedback to the corporate team for improvements.
- Actively partner with learners in their learning journey to drive a positive impact on performance metrics.
- Conduct classroom and practical assessments to evaluate learner performance.
- Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic to set high standards.
- Manage the design, execution, and continuous improvement of training programs to align with organizational goals.
- Participate in progressive disciplinary processes for learners unable to meet or maintain excellence standards.
- Stay connected with the market to develop On-the-Job Training (OJT) opportunities.
- Willingness to travel as required for training and operational needs.

- Training experience with proficiency in BFSI industry training methodologies and soft skills, including communication, critical thinking, time management, and team building.
- Hands-on experience in banking, financial services, or the insurance industry.
- High-energy, enthusiastic, and motivational training style to engage learners effectively.
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities for innovative training approaches.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with high reading comprehension in English; knowledge of the local language is preferred.
- Tech-savvy with expertise in MS Office, web-based systems, visual aids, and training technology.
- Strong problem-solving, facilitation, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Exceptional people skills to foster a collaborative and engaging learning environment.
