Job Title Facilitator – BFSI 
BASIC FUNCTION :
  • Demonstrate product and process knowledge, along with customer service and selling skills specific to the BFSI industry.
  • Create and maintain a professional, engaging, and positive learning environment.
  • Motivate learners using effective training methodologies tailored to both group and individual classroom dynamics.
  • Leverage various training methodologies, techniques, and learning tools to ensure maximum training effectiveness as per the provided framework.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to support the design, development, and delivery of training programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide necessary feedback to the corporate team for improvements.
  • Actively partner with learners in their learning journey to drive a positive impact on performance metrics.
  • Conduct classroom and practical assessments to evaluate learner performance.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic to set high standards.
  • Manage the design, execution, and continuous improvement of training programs to align with organizational goals.
  • Participate in progressive disciplinary processes for learners unable to meet or maintain excellence standards.
  • Stay connected with the market to develop On-the-Job Training (OJT) opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel as required for training and operational needs.
Key Skills
  • Training experience with proficiency in BFSI industry training methodologies and soft skills, including communication, critical thinking, time management, and team building.
  • Hands-on experience in banking, financial services, or the insurance industry.
  • High-energy, enthusiastic, and motivational training style to engage learners effectively.
  • Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities for innovative training approaches.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with high reading comprehension in English; knowledge of the local language is preferred.
  • Tech-savvy with expertise in MS Office, web-based systems, visual aids, and training technology.
  • Strong problem-solving, facilitation, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Exceptional people skills to foster a collaborative and engaging learning environment.
Qualification  Graduate
Certified/Qualified/ Experienced Trainer
Work Experience :  2 – 5 Years (minimum 2 years with the target group)
