Job Title
Business Process Specialist
BASIC FUNCTION :
  • Plans, performs and implements business process optimization initiatives
  • Understand and analyze the business processes (Media & Technology) by defining the business problem, identifying data requirements, assessing data and translating into business process improvements requirements
  • Develop/Re-engineer end to end business processes based on Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure that all the inputs of are considered from relevant stakeholders during the business optimization exercises
  • Collect and analyze data to measure the business process performance (pre and post optimization exercises)
  • Perform gap assessments of the processes against the relevant industry standards (APQC, ITIL, COBIT, CMMI, ISO 27001 etc.) and provide recommendations
  • Model business processes using BPMN or other process modelling techniques
  • Perform implementation of the optimized business processes, measure and analyze the process performance to ensure optimization exercise benefit are realized
  • Documentation processes as per the organization standards
  • Develop and maintain end user training documentation and delivery training
  • Provide training and coaching on the proposed processes to Technology and Network Operations Staff
  • Provide weekly status report on the overall progress of the work performed
  • Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance
